What is the liquid in the larger yellowish colored tank at the bottom left of the picture? Thanks.

it looks like the overflow tank for engine coolant. the other reservoir looks like the holding tank for windshield washer fluid.

Look on the side of the yellow tank. There should be a line showing where the coolant level should be when the engine is cold.
