Nokia 5300 Xpress Musicfrom Motorola Razr?

While traveling spain, I had bought a Nokia 5300 Xpress music with the carrier service Orange (a spanish carrier) now Im back in the US I have my motorola razr and I want to switch SIM cards and use my Nokia instead. The only thing Im worried about, though is if it is going to work because according to the nokia website the only american carrier with the nokia 5300 xpress is t-mobile and i have At&t. Will this effect the phone? Also where can I get an american charger for the spanish nokia 5300 xpress. it has a different charger plug (where it goes into the phone) than my old nokia chargers. please and thanks!
