I hooked my sister's 5310 to my laptop with its USB cable to put some songs on for her. After I put them on, I clicked on the 'safely remove hardware' icon and disconnected it from my laptop. About a day after, she tried to look for the songs on her music player but then it froze.
She turned her phone off and put it back on again. Now when it comes on, the only thing you can see on the screen is a white background with the icon showing the battery percentage. After like 15 seconds or so, the white background disappears and all that I can see is the icon.
Can someone help please? I would really appreciate it!
