Nokia 5610 express music phone usb cable wont fit into my phone?

okay this is so weird i have been using the usb cable to upload stuff on my phone that same cable. now this morning i tried for thirty mins to plug the small part into my phone and it wont fit please help idk what to do. how could the cable all the sudden stop fitting into my phone

plz help oh and i use the original cable that i got with the phone
 
Well, make sure there is nothing stuck in either connector. Also, check to make sure that the plug isn't bent. That happened to me and my camera
