Nokia 6102i unlock code to use the Cell Phone in Kuwait ...?

I have bought a cell phone from USA months ago .. and It was an AT&T GoPhone ..
Right now I'm in Kuwait, and the phone won't work here since it's still locked to the AT&T carrier .. when I turn on the phone while having a local SIM card installed, I get the following message :
" Phone restricted ", with an "Undo" option, which if clicked, would ask me for "Enter restriction code"
The phone details are as follow :
Nokia 6102i phone
Had an AT&T GoPhone SIM card plan
IMEI Number: 354829017932363

Does anyone know how to unlock it ? or what's the code ?
Your help will be appreciated ...
