I downloaded the software update, but i didn't installed it, i pressed later so i can back up my files, when i came to update, i don't know how... 
first: i can't find the update file, even on the computer.
2nd: it's taking 14MB and the phone memory is 50 MB, still have 17MB free
3rd: when i download it again, it doesn't download, just "processing" then nothing,
I HATE NOKIA!!!!
