Hi Guys,
My machine has 4 usb ports on the back and 2 on the front connected to the motherboard by one of those connector blocks.
Anyway.
Ive reinstalled windows twice.
The drivers are installed as windows sayas it has 4 usb controllers and 4 root hubs, all showing NOTHING connected but working ok.
No hardware in the device manager with a fault.
This is where it gets odd.
If i plug a mouse, memory stick , anything into ANY port on the pc .
It gets power but the pc does nothing with it ( tried 2 mice neither work )
Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this?
I downloaded the Intel USB checker and it says the PC's USB is working correctly.
