Whats the difference between a normal workout routine for which I want to loose weight, and a work out routine that I can use to eventually become a competitive bodybuilder?
Normal workout routine =45 minutes to 120 minutes max 2-4 times a week. moderate weights, lots of cardio.
Competitive body building 180-240 minutes a day 5-6 days a week, Extremely intense weight lifting. Minimal cardio(just enough to keep your lines how you like them)
That's the big diference I've seen
