now that my ippod is fixed now itunes wont open? its frozen?

ok my ipod was frozen but i called my friend and she helped me with it but now itunes will open, but not let me do anything. when i close it, the comp says "this program is not responding" and its sooo annoyingg!! plz help!

You might have overloaded itunes.
Try deleting some information off your ipod?
I haven't had this happen to me.
If you are on a mac please tell me
