We have all seen when a player passes the ball simultaneous to the ref calling held and it being ruled as a turnover, but this has had a lot of debate lately, so what do you think is/should be the correct ruling and if you want, you dont have to, say why
A) The current rule as it stands, if the player passes at the same time the ref calls held, its just bad luck and should result in a turnover
B) If a player passes at the same time as the held call, the attacking team should receive a scrum because it was an accident and it wasnt their fault like in the AUS vs NZ test match and hope that players are sportsmanlike enough to not try to do it on purpose on attack
C) If a player passes the ball simultaneous to the held call, the ref should call a halt to play and the player given back the ball to play it again where he was ruled to be held, after all it was a mistake and sometimes cant be avoided, lets just let them play footy and not watch scrums
