I tried to make a new partition using Acronis Disk Director and when it was done, my computer gives me massage in dos:

NTLDR is missing
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart

I need help, how to get back in windows???

You've deleted the boot code. Maybe someone experience will tell you how to recover it. it's a lot of work.

Should have used g-parted, most reliable one i've ever come across.

what version of windows was it? 2000? 98? your only real option is to do a small partition to install a CLEAN O.S to, use the OS to recover files. do a full format then reinstall windows.

the other way is to use linux to change the loader to point at the right file for starting windows (if the files are still there)

This is a risk you take doing any partitioning, why were you partitioning if you don't mind me asking?
