For medical reasons I need to be on a diet of fruit, vegetables, wholewheat pasta, nuts and seeds.
I'm a life long vegetarian so I have usually acquired my protein from eggs and cheese, now that I no longer have that option, where can I get my protein from? Which nuts and seeds or veg have the highest content?
