I am in an interesting situation. I'm a very athletic person and currently on a very high intensity workout regiment. I follow a nutrition guide and work out 5 days a week for about 2-3 hours a day. This morning I had a bowl of cereal and a banana, then I went out to lunch with some friends and co-workers and demonstrated my impressive eating capabilities. I ate around about 4000 calories at lunch. I came home after work and took a nap for a few hours, then did a 2.5 hour workout.

So my question is, given my unique circumstance, should I eat dinner? (Cite sources pleeeease!)

Sidenote: I NORMALLY workout first thing in the morning, have a protein shake for breakfast. But due to an unusual work-day, I had to alter my schedule. I haven't had a protein shake today, so maybe that should be a consideration.
