Nutrition Poll: What's the main thing keeping you from eating healthier?

My motto is to eat whatever you want to but in moderation, if you don't and deny yourself, then you'll just end up bingeing on junk food. I used to get a lot more convenience food, but after a while I craved fresh healthy food.

I cook more now and it is much cheaper than ready meals and I can honestly say that it tastes SO much better. Also it doesn't have to take ages to prepare and cook either. I had pizza today though as I felt like it!

Fresh fruit and veg isn't very expensive, but for convenience you could buy fruit juices and frozen, ready prepared veg and get the same amount of vitamins from them.

You wouldn't want diabetes trust me, my late mum had it and it's no fun, though I guess you were joking, I hope!
