I'm starting P90X next week and I'm going to be trying to follow the nutrition plan as best I can. I understand that the opening phase of the diet is a fat shredding segment, i.e: low carbs, high protein. I am a college student with limited resources as far as preparing meals. I have a refrigerator and a microwave. I need some advice on what I can buy to eat that can be prepared using my microwave and stored in my fridge. I'm looking for low preparation time, relatively low cost, and some foods that I might actually enjoy. Thanks for your time, wish me luck!
