Nutrition question, please help, VERY SCARED!?

It's a week before my period, and I"m getting very bloated, but cravings have made me eat a LOT of potatoes and lots of butter, and I'm afraid the carbs that i've been eating for a week will make me stay fat after the period, I've been eating pretty healthy, so i think my motabolism is pretty high... and i haven't been able to excersise cause i'm at my mom's house and there's no room to do anything and it's a bad neighborhood, so i can't go outside. I'm also worried it's fat, not bloat... should i be worried? Also, anything i can do to reduce bloating naturally? (i wont take pills)
