is that because he knows that if he keeps pushing his socialist agenda and screws w/ the consitution an army of citizens will fight against each other if necessary to fight for the country? If they will, it's a civil war!

Obama did study consitutional law, and he is recorded speaking at an ILL radio show saying the civil rights movement should have done more throught the courts to personally alter the consitution. He kept saying that the "problem" w/ the constitution is that it tells u what u can do for yourself but doesn't say what the government "will" or "must do for you"
 
I agree with Joey. Obama taught constitutional law for a few years, whereas Bush jumped from job to job for many more years. Bush wanted to add an amendment to the Constitution that would restrict civil liberties for Americans (well, for gay ones at least).

I know you've asked a facetious question and are expecting facetious answers, but perhaps you need to know more about the subject (Lincoln, Obama, socialism, Constitutional law, history...) you're talking about before you make questions/comments that are so fatuous.

As far as the 1st answer goes, Obama has not attempted to reverse any unconstitutional legislation or executive orders passed by the Bush admin. This should of been done on day 1 of his Presidency. Therefore, Obama is just as much of a treat to the American People as Bush was...especially with NSPD 51/HSDP20 still floating around.
