...joke of a legal career? This loser, Obama, has never been anything more than a junior associate lawyer and adjunct night lecturer in first-year constitutional law. That's the resume of nearly every struggling 28-year old lawyer.

Excellent Point

Obama is still in training on pretty much everything - hopefully, Leadership 101 is his next class.

It's struck down because it's unconstitutional it's Un-American!!

Ashley, you seem to be the typical moron who doesn't understand anything political and is ignorant of the world around her.

Firstly, Obama was a member of the Illinois senate for 8 years. And went on to become senator, and you know what happened after that.

There is nothing unconstitutional about this law, unless you want to take a literal approach of the constitution, which is just asinine thinking. The constitution is a living and breathing document and is subject to evolve with new ideas and innovations.

Now, countries that do have universal health care pay less per capita than America and also get better results. America is the richest country on Earth, yet Cuba can get the same results as we do at $251 per capita.

The joke is on you, the typical ignorant American who thinks free market capitalism can work and everything that is considered left-wing is evil.

It was pretty predictible, considering the climate, that some conservative judges would throw it out and some liberal judges would allow it.

As usual, the Supreme Court will decide the issue.

not finnished yrt dear long way to go. its a lower court and will go higher (unlike you)
