Oblivion Shivering Isles PS3?

I recently went to a local game store to try the Shivering Isles with my copy of the original Oblivion. They installed Shivering Isles onto Oblivion the disc but does that mean it's now installed on the Oblivion disc, or would I need to BUY Shivering Isles and install it on my PS3 at home? Or will this only work on one PS3 at a time? In other words, will I be able to play Shivering Isles with my own save files on my own PS3 with it being installed via another PS3? I have Oblivion installed with 2 saves.
