Was seeing a guy for a few months when he became a bit distant. He had family issues so I put it down to that & didn't push him as he finds it hard to open up. We would chat online between dates but a couple of months ago, he blocked me. I was worried & emailed him to find out what was up, saying that I'd noticed the difference & wanted to work things out. He replied saying that "it's me not you" & that he needed to "take a break" (!). I took this at face value & said I hoped we could still be friends, he said that would be fine.
Not unsurprisingly, I haven't heard from him. However, he still has some things of mine that I'd like back. I gave him a few weeks before emailing him to ask for my things but had no reply after a couple of weeks. I had to assume he'd blocked/ignored my email, so I then wrote him a letter again requesting my items & sent this last week. As yet there's been no reply, but am not sure what other tactics I can try. Surely if he wants me out of his life, he'd give me my things back?
