Ok bout to purchase first used bike! what should I kno?

Ok so on tuesday I am going to buy a 95 kawasaki zx6r. well actually gonna trade for a car i have sitting here but same thing lol. What are some things I should ask about a bike? This is what he has told me so far.NEW TIRES, FLUSH MOUNT TURN SIGNALS, NEW BATTERY. ITS A SALVAGE TITLE FROM THEFT NOT ACCIDENT. I know that these have carbs in them not fuel injected so do I need to ask something bout that? i feel stupid for asking but i wanna make sure I ask important questions.THANKS
