Just started working out again, have been slacking since HS, and it's now been five years and I would like to get back in shape some before having a baby so It's not quite a shocker after the baby. The problem is is how do I ease some of the soreness so I can work out on a regular basis? Right now making it up and down stairs is a chore lol. Any tips/suggestions? Or do I just have to suck it up until my body adjusts?
