mini what is better? i need review to help my mom and I agree on what to get him! HELP!!!
 
I say iPad. The mini is an underpowered computer. I'm assuming your family already has a computer (or two). The iPad can do a lot of the web browsing and social networking things that a PC can, plus you can get games from the app store.
