Okami vs Silva, UFC question?

I have a question. I remember seeing a video of a Japanese martial artist who beat Silva by submission (leg lock.) Was that Japanese guy Okami? Meaning Silva can get his redemtion? Or is Okami a different guy. Sorry for lack of info but UFC veteran fans may know what I'm talking about. I saw an old video ages ago of a smaller martial artist fighting Silva and that Japanese guy was dodging all of Silva's swings. Finally that guy got Silva in a jumping leg lock (hard to explain) and made silva tap out instantly. Just wondering if its the same guy.. man so the only man to beat Silva is getting the title shot?

He did fight okami, but he lost due to an illegal kick. illegal upkick to be exact and ushin couldnt continue so anderson got DQ'd.

the other 2 losses from submission he got were a flying heel hook by ryo chonen ( i think thats what you are looking for)

and he lost to at triangle from Daiju Takase

his only other loss from thos was by decision to Luiz Azeredo
