okay my laptop is manufactured by acer and is model... bluetooth?

Its manufacture: acer
model: aspire 5610
its windows vista
on the front of the laptop theres a little switch thing that has the bluetooth symbol but it just slides one way or the other, it doesnt actually click in place.
does it actually have bluetooth and can i use it with my phone?
when i move that knob and hold it there and then let it go it says no bluetooth device,
even if i turn my phone's on and try searching my phone to the computer.

im so lost! :(
 
i have the 5610Z-2273 i have the switch but no blue tooth, must have been an option on this chassis
 
Acer put the Bluetooth switches on all their laptops even if they didn't have Bluetooth capability.
