You can state that you are a local church class director - without naming your church or denomination - if you feel that information will help you get a job. I'd prefer to see that you were a little league coach or swimming teacher at the Y or a horse groomer for a local ranch that provides sunday rides for disabled children.
 
Religious class director maybe, then it is very vague. Or just a class director perhaps. Ask him if he has an official title that is non specific to religion.
