throttle it dosent go full speed? On my 4 stroke crf 70 Honda dirt bike when I shift in to seconed gear and go full throttle it dosent go full speed why does it do that
 
it should have 3 or 4 gears if thats what you are trying to ask, try shifting to a higher gear
 
Some of the gears have been restricted this is quite common and in some cases can be de-restricted but not always advisable to do so as it is designed to protect the gear box.
