...driveway and was hit by a truck? leaving the bar.It was witnessed by 7 people(me included).My son in law screamed for them to stop.He then hit the truck with his fist and they kept going.It was across the road from the sheriff"s office and court house.We chased on foot trying to get them to stop.They finally stopped at a gas station a couple of blocks and when our boys approached them they mouthed off then my son in law attempted to hit at them.The owner of truck pulled a gun on me.I knew these people .The cops showed up and arrested my son in law and his brother.Would not listen to us because they knew the guys in the truck. My son in law and the other guys were from another town.now they are facing felony charges for damage to truck.Oh we asked them to test the driver to see if he was drinking they said it was no probable cause.The D.A. told me that they did not even have my statement that I turned in at the time of the incident.Also did not show where we filed a complaint on the driver for hit and run. HELP!
