OTEK film scanner not working?

okay, so i think we have tried everything. It says the installation has been successful but there is no live view fee to see the film being processed onto the computer. i am at my wits end with this fu*king thing!!!!! AAAAGGGHHHH!!!!! If anyone knows about film scanners, could you tell me what may be wrong???
