I'm a 20 year old guy who has been working out pretty consistently (3 times a week) but I do have a little bit of a belly but when I flex it I can see a "4-pack" Why is it that when I flex my stomach I can see some abs but when other people I know who have a smaller belly flex their stomachs' they don't see the same thing?
Second question is that I'm trying to get in some good cardio to burn off the remaining fat and which one burns the most calories? The cardio routines from p90x (like kenpo x and plyometrics) or just riding a bike around for 40 minutes of high intensity interval training (sprinting a 100 meters then resting and doing that for about 6 times).
I was thinking I might bike everyday and then do p90x days I don't lift and HIIT once or twice a week. Do you think that would be enough to burn my bodyfat down to 10%? i think I have 15% body fat (but i'm not entirely sure would someone with 15% body fat have a little bit of a belly)?? Also would that be overtraining?
Thanks for any advice!
