Pain During Sleep Paralysis, Is It Normal?

When i get sleep paralysis (most often after a lucid dream) i normaly get it in phases of having it often like every night and not having it every night, and normally for me, i get this pulsating pain in my head when ever i try to move like 2 to 3 times each time i try, and i can't remember that well but i think i could wriggle my toes (pain free) a little bit, i get S.P quite a lot and i can only remember like 2 times or somin when it didn't hurt when i tried to move (like i was just too weak) and i also hate S.P i don't like not being able to move cuz i start to panic when eva i get it i just try not to move and stay calm, and is this kinda pain during S.P normal?
