Pain in my hamstring ? :S :S?

i have a lot of pain in my hamstring, it is only in my left leg, and it only hurts when i walk or move my leg in a certain position, it first started in the bone between my butt cheeks and has spread down to my hamstring, i have just had a concussion and been sitting down for hours on end without moving at all , could this be the cause or is it something serious like Osteosarcoma ? :S

1st its Osteogenicsarcoma.
2nd yeah sitting down has caused u pain. i feel pain when i relax so i am always moving.
