Hello i am a male and every so often(only a couple times a year) i experience pains in my lower abdomin, it doesnt neccessarily happen after a meal or anything and is just random, i have to crouch over to walk and it lasts for a couple hours? it may sometimes feel like i have to do 1 and 2 or atleast pass gass, but neither of those i can do? do you guys know what is wrong?
