Pal 60 will not work on my 360 now its back from repairs..?

My xbox 360 always used to run on Pal-60 because i played all the latest games and trailers, but now it has returned from getting repaired it will only work on Pal-50 properly, on pal-60 there a wavery lines and it looks like the screen is shaking. I have no idea whats wrong all the cables are in correctly and i don't see how it could be a compatibility issue if it worked before it broke.
