pc world refuse to give refund on faulty laptop what can i do about it as i

don't like being ripped off? ive had it since christmas, i have the receipt. they say because ive had it longer than 28 days they wont give me a refund. also they refuse to swap it for a working one because mine has personal info and data on it(even after i said i don't care there's nothing personal on it) and not allowed. i was in the shop for 2 hours trying to get a refund or exchange but all i got was bullshit after bullshit off 5 different people and then finally the same bullshit off the manager.

what can i do about it other than the normal waiting for them in the carpark and beating them up, i did feel like it but then theres no chance of refund lol
