hello my name is Neal and i am thinking of making a site i all ready have a team standing by to help with my services we are a predatory hunting investigators we have alot of skills in the IT department this is going to be a self make company and we were wondering were could we get a license for this kind of Job, because we think there aren't enough things being done to solve this problem with Pedophiles and we really thing we could make a really really big Impact on this but that real Question is could this be possible to do? and were do we look for a license
