Pelvic pain a month (tomorrow) after C Section?

I'm having mild pain (noticable) in my pelvic region on the right side. Its a constant pain and hurts the same whether I'm up or laying down. I had a C Section a month ago tomorrow and I've had this pain for a few weeks on and off and just have ignored it and thought it was due to recovering. Now in the painful area or where the pain starts because it also radiates to even my anal region-right where it is in my right pelvic region there is a hard lump about an inch away from my C Section scar. I am planning on contacting my doctor and or going in sooner before that can happen. Its three minutes away from 11 pm where I am and I'm an hour out of town for at least until tomorrow. Any idea?
