I have been doing jelqing and jelq squeezing for about a month and a half now, but not have seen any results/gains in penis size.

This is a great page for a good read about penis exercises, it's the basics that is. There is a routine at the bottom of the page that they recommend.

http://penis-enlargement-manual.thundersplace.org/how-to-jelq.html

My routine for the first month is 28 jelq. (14 over hand jelqs and then 14 standard jelqs). I also do 10 jelq squeezes. (I squeeze with one hand then jelq 5 times then I switch hands and do another 5).
I take 2 days to jelq once per day then one day off from jelqing.

For the start of the 2nd month I have been doing 52 jelqs. (26 overhand and then 26 standard jelqs).I also now do 15 jelq squeezes.

Now after the first month I did do one major change, I started applying the most pressure on the sides on my penis with my grip which is actually the correct way to do it, so that's probably why I have not gained anything by now. That info came from that site and link I gave you.

Sh1t I just read that part in the link I talked about and I got it wrong, it said a U shape grip applied vertically, meaning the most pressure should be the top and the bottom of the penis not the sides (left and right). But that gives me an idea now, when ever I am doing an overhand grip I will apply the pressure on the sides and when I do the standard grip I will pressure the bottom and the top.
Thanks, if it weren't for you I would have not read that part over again and learned the correct way to jelq.

Opies, I made a mistake in the thinking about it being applies vertically, I am sure they meant the fingers should be vertical meaning the pressure will be applies to the sides not the top and bottom. What proves that I am correct this time is that I read a little after the part about U shape and said things about taking care about avoiding the dorsal nerve, so I am not going to be putting pressure on the top of the penis the most for sure, and at the bottom of the penis is just the urethra and not the cc.
