People getting feedback when talking with me on cell phone! Help!?

sometimes when I am on my phone, people will tell me they get feedback as if they can hear themselves talking and have to talk over their own voice.
any suggestions as what I can do to fix the problem.
I have taking it in and they don't seem to see anything wrong with it. help!
 
I also faced the same problem. It's not the fault of the handset, as this echoing-voice is heard due to the faulty signal transmission of the service provider(s). The only thing you can do is to launch a complain to your service provider. They might be able to fix it.
