that are quarter horses, or tb's. are they moody? or have to use a withers pad? because it seems to me, that everywhere i look, people that ride english, and own these 2 breeds, that they are moody, and use a withers pad. including my horse, and i was wondering what techniques can i use when he tries to buck me off after i ask him to walk after he stops dead.
