Well I am only 18 years old, 5'7'' and 135 lbs. Pretty small I know, but thats what I want to change by the summer. I need a little insight to what workouts to use, what methods to use? Guidelines really.
Now I have a goal of reaching 150 lbs by july 09' and its mid march 09' Is this a realistic goal of 15 lbs?
I have little body fat on me obviously, so does the whole dieting routine still apply to me even though I dont have much body fat, or is it a MUST while working out?
Also if I want to get big quickly at least to start looking more tone by the summer what would be the best method to reaching this?
Working out everyday? 5x's a week? 3x's a week? More weight less reps? Less weight more reps? How much time I spend a day at the gym? Different routines and workouts?
If it helps I got a flexable schedule and can workout any days, I am only going to college, and working part time.
