I have put phosphate ex in the tank, didn't work. I then realized that was for a 15 gallon tank ours is a 40 gallon. I went and then got Fluval clearmax put a bag of it on the bottom of tank, didn't work, so I went ahead and put a bag of it in the filter, still Isn't working. The water is so green you can hardly see the fish. The oscer is old and looking really sick, but I'm not sure if phosphate is making it worse.
I do work at a Pet Store but none of us no what else I can do.
Any suggestions?
