I am taking a Physical Fitness test on Friday Sept. 24 (today is Tuesday Sept. 21) For a Law Enforcement Position. I have been training for months but took the last 2 weeks off. Just got the call for the test THIS coming Friday. I worked out yesterday and took off today. (Ran 2 miles, situps, and push ups) My question is.... Should i work out HARD tomorrow and Thursday or work out HARD tomorrow and NOT Thursday or just workout normal both days? What should i eat and drink the day before and day OF? (Friday) Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
