Ive been on SparkPeople, I've been on many other sites that have day-to-day meal planners, suggestions, and recipes for healthy eating and such, even weekly grocery lists. But I am an extremely picky eater .. like, badly. I find myself hating almost everything they list, and saying "Ew, gross". It's not a matter of hating it before I like it, I have tried most of the stuff on the lists; and so I know I hate it.

How can I alter certain things to my appeal, or is there a site for the simple BASICS of meals -- ( mostly i find myself hating condiments, mushrooms, sauces, most vegatables, etc. )

I don't think there is such a thing. If you don't like condiments or sauces, etc just leave them out of the recipes. As for not liking veggies, you should learn to fix them different ways. Perhaps you will find something you do like. If you just want the nutrition info, but not recipes or anything you can look at the government nutrition site mypyramid.gov or a food tracking site that gives nutrition info of foods you put into it for your day like Fitday.com

A good cookbook for plain simple meals is More With Less by Janzen Longacre. It's a Mennonite cookbook without a lot of fancy ingredients. My family likes simple meals so I use it a lot.
