I am going to the chiropractor continually doing the decompression machine for treatment for a bad back and hips. The other day I noticed terrible pain in my left hip shooting down to my foot. My chiro. said it was a pinched nerve and that was normal since I'm going through treatment and things are bound to shift around. He said it will go away over time. However, it is VERY excruciating. I can barely walk and it's a hot burning pain in my hip and leg. Are their any natural remedies to temporarily treat or even somewhat help this pain? Thank you.

get in bath tub with warm water and salt for 30 minute will ease the pain and then shower with cold water . best of luck

Wow that is weird, the chiropractor I see would never let me walk away without fixing a pinched nerve. I see one who uses the drop table technique and it works wonderfully. I suggesting finding a chiropractor like that, it sounds like yours is not treating you right.
