Play PC games on Android tablets?

If I get the new Asus Transformer Prime tablet with quad-core processor can I install Windows 7/8 on it and be able to play my PC games like Skyrim or Rage? Both these games will be downloaded from steam so I wont need any CD drive.

No tablets have weaker Cpu's and Gpu's to handle games like that
