Plea bargain question?

If someone accepts a plea bargain, does the judge just look at the charges that he pleads guilty to or all charges to make a decision on his sentence?
 
The plea bargain INCLUDES the sentence ALREADY agreed to. If the judge decides the sentence, by definition, he has REJECTED the plea bargain.
 
If all charges are being tried together, the judge will ask how the person pleads to each charge. If they are being tried separately, it all starts over again.

The plea bargain includes all the charges that are before the court. Say you have 4 charges, and your plea agreement is to plead guilty to one of them, then the other three get placed on file or dropped, or something. Whatever your situation is, the plea deal will address them all. However the judge can reject the deal, or amend it. He'll tell you that when he's making sure you understand your rights.
