please answer this brain busting riddle.?

there was three guys and they wanted to go golfing so they stayed in a hotel the bag boy said they had to pay thirty dollars since they had three bags then the bagboy took the bags to the room the manager of the hotel said to the bagboy that the three guys paid too much so the manager gave the bagboy five dollars to give back to the three guys so the bellboy went up the stairs and decided to take one dollar and he gave each guy one dollar where did the other dollar go? ($30-5=25+4=$29... where is the other dollar?)
 
you messed up this riddle: if the bellboy had $5 to give back and gave 1 back to each guy then he would have kept 2 for himself not 1 since there were 3 guys he gives back three dollars of the 5 ad therefore keep "2" so it wouldn't be +4 it would be +5.

the riddle is supposed to say that each guy gave him $9 effectively since he gave them a dollar back each 3*9=27+2 (that he kept for himself)=29 where is the missing dollar and the answer is 'supposed' to be that the $2 he kept for himself is included in the $27 he gets from the 3 guys so there is no need to add it again what should be added instead is the $3 he gave back to the 3 guys (1 each) 27+3=30

-5 -how much the clerk gave to the bag boy
= 25-the real price
+4 what the bag boy gave to the guys
29 the missing dollar = the dollar that the bag boy kept .
