How do I burn Video_TS folder to DVD?

I have a DVD video folder on my computer I wannt to burn to DVD so it works in a standard DVD player.
The files in the folder are: 4 .vob files, 2 .ifo files, and 2 .bup files.
What is the best way to put it on DVD and do the .ifo and .bup files matter?
