Please give me a workout routine (excercise)?

I am 18yrs of age , 5 feet 9inches , 63kg , my intake of food is 1800 calories per day

i give 50 crunches 50 back crunches 50 push ups 50 dumbbell up 10 pull ups ....in home and practce futbol one hour in field


WHAT can i do to improve my figure ? i dnt want to go to gym until 19
How can i keep my body slimy but muscular wid packs ?

Take in more calories. Double what you have already. Intake around 20-40g of protein immediately after working out. Also, do more sets of everything. I'm not writing you an entire work out plan without seeing some cash and a gym membership.
